JGC60: A Celebration of the Life and Work of Jaime G. Carbonell
April 11-12, 2014
Carnegie Mellon celebrated the 60th birthday of Jaime G. Carbonell, University Professor, Allen Newell Professor of Computer Science, and Director of the Language Technologies Institute, by hosting a symposium honoring his life and work April 11–12 in the Rashid Auditorium in the Gates and Hillman Centers.
The symposium featured both invited and refereed talks, covering the diverse areas of Jaime's career so far. The talks were both scientifically interesting and entertaining, and connected to ideas or events involving our honoree. Videos of the invited talks, and text of the refereed talks, will remain on this website for posterity.
